2. Booking & Payment

How do I book Elite Assist? +

You can book online via our website or Customer can book only through Meet & Greet Website https://eliteassist.travelfoodservices.com

  • Make a secure payment.
  • Receive confirmation via email .

Will I receive a confirmation after booking? +

Yes, after successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your assigned Elite Assist representative.

Can I book a car transfer to/from the airport? +

How will I recognize my Elite Assist representative? +

Your assigned representative will call you day prior to meet at your pre-decided location. They will meet you at the pre-decided location (arrival gate, departure counter, transit lounge).

4. Modifications & Cancellations
