Yes, after successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your assigned Elite Assist representative.
3. Service Features
We'll be offering this service at a later stage
Your assigned representative will call you day prior to meet at your pre-decided location. They will meet you at the pre-decided location (arrival gate, departure counter, transit lounge).
4. Modifications & Cancellations
Yes, rescheduling is allowed. You can send us a mail to customerservice@travelfoodservices.com .
For cancellation you can reach out to us. Refund timelines may vary based on the payment mode.
We track your flight in real-time and adjust the service timing accordingly.
